The STYLE of Hospitality, by
The Touring Hotel Carpi has always been a point of reference for hotel accommodation in the city of Carpi. Belonging to the family of Anna Molinari, designer and holder of the ‘Blufin’ group (which in turn created designer labels Blumarine and Blugirl). The hotel Touring like these highly renowned fashion labels offers is a high quality product aimed at a demanding clientele who pay attention to small details with a personal touch. Since the 1950’s the hotel has been providing four star service in a relaxing atmosphere.
Completely restructured and renovated in January 2003 and now incorporating the latest technology the hotel has ensured that it remains the premier hotel in Carpi. The fixtures and fittings, and materials were exclusively hand chosen by Anna Molinari. The Interior design, contemporary and minimalist is tailor made to suit the Hotel “business” customer whilst the sophisticated elegance which is synonymous with the Blumarine label clearly evident for example in the prestigious ‘griffe’ tiles in the bathrooms and the evocative Blumarine images used for various fashion campaigns throughout the guest rooms. Some of the Blumarine photos in the rooms have immortalised glamorous models and were taken by famous photographers such as Helmut Newton and Albert Watson.
The design concept of the hotel integrates a soothing colour scheme chosen to reflect a variety of pastel tonalities... the 65 rooms are divided into the more feminine and romantic Blumarine dresses with the left wing in light blue, the right wing light green and the centre wing in salmon.
Flower compositions, ethnic and colonial objects adorn the hotels communal areas which are often home to Blumarine international product launches and fashion event. The hotel features a bar and tv lounge which exudes an intimate atmosphere with a second Bar the Blue Bar on the hotel’s first floor ideal for every occasion including aperitifs and coffee breakfast but also used as the hotel’s breakfast room offering a plethora of items served in Emilia Romagna tradition.
Finally, it only remains for us to say ‘“my objective has always been to offer ‘’something more’’ to the Touring Hotel customers, giving at their disposal those services of level and all those comforts that, I know for experience, at the end of the day, after a full day of work are very appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you to our hotel!”
